Update
SemperPower installed a 9.3MW Battery Energy Storage System in Terneuzen, without the use of any subsidies. This Battery Energy Storage System, supplied by Alfen, is installed near the Koegorspolder wind farm (44MW) and large industrial offtaker Yara Sluiskil.
With this project, SemperPower and his partners proofed that Battery Energy Storage Systems can be realized independently and without subsidy. The project is scheduled going into operation at mid-October 2021.
